Tim created the camp within beautiful surroundings and felt safe and secluded. There was lots of time to connect with the others as well as having the dance sessions. The group meditation in the bell tent each morning gave a sense of peace within myself followed by dancing together the 5Rhythms, opening to creative exploration of movement and loved the heartfelt experiences. Tim facilitated in a way that opened up my emotions to be expressed. I felt I could express myself with ease in the whole time of being there.
