Having booked the “Opening to Intimacy” workshop I found myself feeling unsure about attending and even had second thoughts on the day. I am pleased I stayed and found that I learnt a lot. In fact I would say that a positive inner shift has occurred. Tim is a safe, kind and experienced teacher and I appreciated his guidance and compassion. I liked the combination of exercises and the opportunity to unpack them in detail afterwards. Highly recommended.
