Do you want to live more fully who you are but feel there is something holding you back? You are not alone. This longing is a natural part of our human journey and the holding back, getting stuck in habitual patterns, is very common. It’s usually fear that holds us back. You may have also heard it said that fear is just the flip side of excitement!
I believe we just need to find the right conditions to support us to unfold and become more and more of who we really are, in all our fullness and uniqueness. I also believe we do not need fixing or improving, contrary to what we are conditioned to believe!
One setting I have found (both personally and witnessing countless others) an incredible source of encouragement, holding and inspiration is that of an ongoing women’s circle.
Meeting monthly on a Sunday, I am offering a space for you to journey into yourself, to discover and claim what you most long to live in your life. We will use music, movement, visualisation, sharing in the group; working with what is most alive in the moment.
* Arrival anytime from 10am, tea and coffee will be available, please bring lunch to share.
